In January of 2018, Donna Eprifania was named Chief Financial Officer of ChildNet, the state designated Community-Based Care lead child welfare agency in both Broward and Palm Beach counties. At ChildNet, Donna is responsible for all aspects of organization-wide fiscal management, including fiscal growth and diversification, revenue maximization and financial modeling and forecasting. She is also responsible for all financial reporting and compliance with federal, state and local statutes, policies and procedures.
Donna has more than 20 years experience in Florida's child welfare system. She holds a degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida and began her career with the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF). Donna served at DCF in various roles, including contract administration, quality improvement and community outreach. She then held management positions in agencies focused on early child care and school readiness in several counties, from Palm Beach to Hardee Counties. From 2005 to 2013, Donna served in Chief Financial Officer roles at both United for Families and CHARLEE of Dade County (a full case management agency). Most recently, Donna served for almost 5 years as the State Director of Family Preservation Services of Florida, Inc., a leading provider of case management, community action treatment, crisis safety management and psychiatric/outpatient services.
