ChildNet is thrilled to announce a recent addition to our Executive Team. Dr. Rebecca Lindstadt has joined us as ChildNet’s Chief Service Quality Officer in April 2025. Dr. Lindstadt will oversee ChildNet's Service Coordination, Service Quality, Well-Being, and Licensing Departments. Rebecca has over 20 years of experience in psychiatric settings, medical settings, child welfare, private practice, and managed care operations nationwide for behavioral health and substance abuse treatment. She comes to ChildNet, most recently, from Magellan Health where she worked in multiples states throughout the country. She specializes in advocating for the well-being and safety of children and families. With a deep understanding of the challenges faces by vulnerable populations, throughout her career she has collaborated closely with families, community organizations, and legal systems to ensure that adults and children receive the care and support they need to thrive. Rebecca’s approach is rooted in a belief that every child deserves a safe, nurturing environment to grow and develop.
Dr. Lindstadt is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Qualified Supervisor, a Board-Certified Diplomate, a Certified Sex Therapist and Certified Case Manager (CCM). She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Science from New York University and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University. After many years of Post Master’s training in psychoanalysis and trauma therapy, she obtained her PhD. She serves as an adjunct professor at Capella University teaching clinical practicum and human behavior in the social environment/ child development. She continues to stay informed on best practices, policies and interventions to address the complex needs of children and families in crisis.
Rebecca resides in Palm Beach with her husband and her three cats – Basel, Bellatrix and Phoebe.
